Maybe the right rejoinder is, "Why wouldn't you have one (or more)?".  It may seem trite to say but venture development is hard work and risky business.  So in my opinion, I want to talk to people with whom I can have conversations about each and every one of my challenges.  I want people to be my Mentors who are unafraid to give me a piece of their mind that comes as much from their heart and it comes from the vast reaches of their experiences and expertise.  Yes, I want Mentors on my Venture Project.  I don't want to do it alone.  How about you?  Why do you want (or not want) Mentors on your Venture Project?

Even if they do not realize it, everyone engages mentoring resources when in pursuit of their dreams. These resources include indididuals and other inspirational things.
